MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS
Your
Mind Matters Too!
Mental
health means the health of our mind and emotions. Just like our body needs
care, our mind also needs attention. Many students feel stress because of
exams, homework, or personal problems. Sometimes they feel sad, confused, or
worried and don’t know how to talk about it. This is why mental health
awareness is important.
Students
must understand that it is normal to feel stressed or upset sometimes. What
matters is how we handle these feelings. Talking to a trusted friend, parent,
or teacher can make a big difference. When we share our problems, our mind
becomes lighter.
Taking
care of mental health is simple. Students can practice deep breathing,
meditation, or listen to music to relax. Spending time with friends, playing
outdoors, and limiting screen time also helps. Proper sleep and healthy food
play an important role in keeping the mind peaceful.
