CLEAN EATING AND JUNK FOOOD ISSUES

Eat Right, Feel Bright!

Clean eating means choosing fresh, natural, and healthy foods that give energy to the body. These include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and home-cooked meals. They help us stay active, strong, and focused. Junk food, on the other hand, tastes good but is not healthy. Burgers, chips, pizzas, and sugary drinks may be tempting, but eating them too often can create health problems.

Junk food contains a lot of sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats. These ingredients may fill the stomach, but they do not provide good nutrition. Students who eat too much junk food often feel tired, lazy, and less attentive in class. Over time, junk food can lead to obesity and other illnesses.

Clean eating keeps the body fresh and the mind alert. It also improves digestion and boosts immunity. Students should try to avoid packaged snacks and choose fruits or homemade snacks instead. Drinking enough water and avoiding soft drinks are also important steps toward clean eating.

Schools and parents should encourage healthy meals and limit the availability of junk food. Eating right is not about strict dieting—it is about making the best choices for your body. Good food leads to a good mood and a healthy life.
