CONSERVATION OF WILDLIFE
Protect
Animals, Protect Our Planet!
Wildlife includes all animals, birds, insects, and plants living
in natural environments like forests, rivers, and mountains. Each species plays
a special role in maintaining balance in nature. However, due to human
activities such as deforestation, hunting, pollution, and climate change, many
wildlife species are disappearing. Conservation of wildlife is essential to
protect our planet and ensure the survival of these species.
Animals help keep the food chain balanced. For example,
predators control the population of other animals, while insects help pollinate
flowers. Plants provide oxygen, food, and shelter to many species. If one
species disappears, the entire ecosystem gets affected.
Wildlife is also important for human life. Many medicines,
foods, and raw materials come from forests and animals. Tourism and natural
beauty also depend on wildlife. Losing wildlife means losing natural wealth.
Governments have taken steps by creating wildlife sanctuaries,
national parks, and strict laws to protect endangered species. But individuals
also must take responsibility. Students can help by spreading awareness,
avoiding products made from animal skin or fur, and supporting conservation
programs. Planting trees and reducing pollution also help protect habitats.
Wildlife is an important part of our planet. Protecting it means
protecting life itself. Every student must understand the importance of
conservation and work towards a greener and safer world.
